ты явно уволен по отрицательным мотивам(вопрос: за что?) с обидой на состоявшихся милиционеров и поэтому выкладываешь весь негатив. Обсуди на форуме положительные примеры: раскрытие резонансных преступлений, о сотрудниках рисковавших жизнью и т.д., а таких примеров поверь намного больше.

Я так понимаю в страховой при обоюдке выплачивают 50% от суммы ущерба. У меня ремонта на сумму около 5000 рублей. Оценку в страховой еще не производили. Вряд ли они насчитают мне более 4000-5000 рублей, т.е. в лучшем случае мне выплатят 2000-2500 рублей. В связи с этим вопрос: "на сколько увеличится последующая цена страховки, если я получу выплату по этому ДТП? Т.е. стоит ли вообще заморачиваться и сколько будет стоить для меня страховка в последующие годы?

ты не правильно понимаешь, при правильном составлении протокола и обращения к грамотным юристам (повторю тел. 612112) при обоюдке обоим участникам ДТП должно выплачиваться 100% причиненного ущерба.

чтобы не парится со страховыми компаниями нужно действительно звонить по т. 612-112,а еще лучше это сделать сразу после ДТП,они и подскажут как и что лучше пояснять на разборках в ГАИ.
